Privacy Compliance

TalaThebe Pty Ltd is an Australian registered company and is bound by the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in Schedule 1 of the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (as amended), which governs the way we collect, use, disclose, secure and otherwise manage your personal information. In addition to the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012, TalaThebe Pty Ltd is governed by other laws including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and the European Economic Area. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA.

TalaThebe Pty Ltd take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
